In the late autumn of the countryside,
You had already put on your padded jacket.
Sitting back to back with you,
On the grain roller by the edge of the plateau—
The warmth from behind is warmer than the sun.
About the Author: Shen Jinping, also known as Yuting and Xiao Jinzi, was born on November 9, 1982, in Jingyang County, Shaanxi Province. She is a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Writers Association and a contracted poet of Chinese poetry. She has published a collection of essays titled "The Woman on the Banks of the Jing River".
